Crust:
• 1 cup almond flour
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• Pinch of salt

Filling:
• 1 cup raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
• ½ cup shredded coconut
• ¼ cup Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:
• Mix crust ingredients and press into a lined pan.
• In a separate bowl, mash raspberries and mix with coconut, yogurt, and syrup.
• Spread filling over crust.
• Chill for 2–3 hours until firm.
• Slice and serve cold.
