Ingredients:

Zucchini – 2 medium

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon

Salt – ½ teaspoon

Grated Parmesan (optional) – 2 tablespoons

Chopped basil – 1 tablespoon

Optional: pepper flakes for heat

Directions:

1 Heat grill to 450°F, oil the grates.

2 Mix olive oil, balsamic, garlic powder, seasoning, and salt.

3 Marinate zucchini slices for 10 minutes.

4 Grill for 10 minutes on one side.

5 Flip and cook for 4 minutes.

6 Top with Parmesan, basil, and leftover glaze.
