For the roulade:
Whisk 4 egg whites until you get stiff peaks.
In a separate bowl, mix the 4 egg yolks with 1 heaped tablespoon of @lindahls_uk Vanilla Kvarg Quark and 1 tablespoon of sweetener.
Fold the yolk mix into the egg whites.
Pour into a large, lined baking tray and level.
Bake in the oven at 180 for 15 minutes.
When fully cooled, peel the baking paper away and spread the remainder of the quark on the underside of the roulade.
Top with any fruit and roll! I cut mine into 6 which lasts me 2 days.
