Ingredients:
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp vanilla
• ½ cup mixed fresh berries
• ½ cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
•Mix coconut milk, chia, syrup, and vanilla.
•Pour into lined square pan.
•Top with berries and coconut.
•Chill 2 hours, slice and serve.
