Ingredients:

• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

• 1 tbsp peanut butter

• 1 tbsp cocoa powder

• 1 tbsp almond flour

• 2 tbsp milk

Instructions:

• Mix all ingredients in a mug.

• Microwave for 1 minute. Let cool slightly before digging in.
