Ingredients:
1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed, reserving the liquid
1 Celery Stalk, diced
2 Tbsp Onion, finely diced
¼ cup Red Grapes, halved or quartered, optional
2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp dried Dill
½ tsp Poultry Seasoning
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, add chickpeas and mash with a fork until most chickpeas are smashed. Add celery, onion, grapes, Greek yogurt, dijon, dill, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper and stir until combined. Add more seasoning to taste. Serve and enjoy!
