These crisp wrap shells are filled with a chilled white-chocolate quark mixture and strawberries. Two wraps make four cream horns.
Ingredients
- 2 Weight Watchers wraps
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons granulated sweetener
- 125 grams quark
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (11-gram) sachet White Chocolate Options
- 100 grams strawberries or another soft fruit
- Low-calorie cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Coat four cream-horn molds with cooking spray.
- Cut each wrap in half. Wrap each half around a cream-horn mold and press firmly.
- Brush the wrap shells with beaten egg and press the edges again to help them stick.
- Sprinkle the shells with the granulated sweetener and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until golden.
- Meanwhile, whip the quark, vanilla, and white-chocolate powder together until light and fluffy. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
- Remove the wrap shells from the oven and let them cool completely before taking them off the molds.
- Place a couple of halved strawberries in the bottom of each shell. Pipe or spoon in the filling, then add more strawberries on top.
