• 2 scoops or servings of devotion nutrition Angel Food Cake protein powder
• 1 cup of high protein pancake mix
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 cup cold water
• 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
• 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
Mix together, fill your reg size donut pan that is sprayed with nonstick spray. Cook 10 -12 min at 375. Makes 12 donuts
