Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix
- ⅓ cup skim milk
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Combine the blueberries, 1 tablespoon sugar, flour, and cornstarch in a medium bowl.
- Coat an 8×8-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add the blueberry mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Bisquick, milk, remaining 1 tablespoon sugar, and cinnamon.
- Form the dough into 6 biscuits and arrange them over the blueberries.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the biscuit centers are set with no wet dough.
- After removing the cobbler from the oven, use a fork to gently break up some of the softened blueberries.
