Ingredients

  • Canned chunk white tuna in water
  • 3 oz drained
  • Celery stick 2 tablespoons chopped
  • Red onion 2 Tbsp chopped
  • Greek yogurt 1 Tbsp
  • Table salt 1 pinch es
  • Black pepper 1 pinch es
  • Boston lettuce 2 leaf/leaves
  • Lemon ⅛ item s, medium
  • 1/2 can garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 English cucumber

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, garbanzo beans, onion, celery, and Greek yogurt in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide tuna salad among lettuce leaves; add cucumber and squeeze lemon juice over top.

Makes 1 serving (2 filled leaves).
