Ingredients
- Canned chunk white tuna in water
- 3 oz drained
- Celery stick 2 tablespoons chopped
- Red onion 2 Tbsp chopped
- Greek yogurt 1 Tbsp
- Table salt 1 pinch es
- Black pepper 1 pinch es
- Boston lettuce 2 leaf/leaves
- Lemon ⅛ item s, medium
- 1/2 can garbanzo beans
- 1/2 English cucumber
Instructions
- Combine tuna, garbanzo beans, onion, celery, and Greek yogurt in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Divide tuna salad among lettuce leaves; add cucumber and squeeze lemon juice over top.
Makes 1 serving (2 filled leaves).
