Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 ripe avocado, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, avocado, garlic, and red onion.
- Mix well, shape into 4 patties.
- Cook on a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
