Ingredients:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 banana
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients (Greek yogurt, raspberries, almond milk, banana, honey, and ice cubes) to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
