Keep the Wraps from Getting Watery
After cutting the cucumber, pat the strips dry if their surfaces are wet. Arrange them lengthwise over the cottage cheese rather than piling them in the middle; this keeps the filling distributed from one end of the wrap to the other.
Everything bagel seasoning may already contain salt, so add the stated salt and pepper to taste after sprinkling on the seasoning. Fold the sides inward before rolling if the tortillas are large enough. For a packed lunch, parchment helps hold the seam closed, but the wraps have the freshest texture when assembled close to serving.
