Ingredients:
4 large tortillas or low-carb wraps
1 cup (240 g) cottage cheese
1 medium cucumber, sliced into matchsticks or thin strips
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Optional: fresh dill, sprouts, or arugula for layering
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Spread ¼ cup cottage cheese down the center of each tortilla or wrap.
2. Layer with cucumber strips and any optional greens or herbs.
3. Sprinkle each wrap generously with everything bagel seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Roll up tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately — or wrap in parchment for a packable lunch.
