Ingredients:
▢ 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
▢ 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
▢ 2 Tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
▢ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
▢ 2 tsp chia seeds
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
▢ crushed cookies, nuts, berries, banana, vanilla yogurt, or whipped cream.
Blend all ingredients.
