½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Sweetener + splash vanilla
Then I whipped it with a hand mixer for 1–2 minutes.
It changed texture completely.
It went from normal yogurt to fluffy, mousse-like, light chocolate “cloud.”
I chilled it for 10 minutes and topped it with a few chocolate chips.
It tastes like chocolate mousse but feels light and satisfying.
