Whisk:

1 cup liquid egg whites

2 tbsp non-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)

Pinch salt + garlic powder

Pour into a mini waffle maker (lightly greased).
Cook 3–4 minutes until golden and firm.

Let them cool 2 minutes. They firm up like actual bread.

Use two as “buns” and fill with:

Turkey slices

Melted cheese

Mustard or Greek yogurt sauce
