Ingredients (4–5 mini bites)
½ cup Greek yogurt (thick)
2 tbsp light cream cheese (softened)
½ scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp lemon zest
Instructions
Blend everything until smooth and fluffy.
Spoon into mini silicone molds or small cups.
Freeze 30–40 minutes (not rock hard).
Let sit 3 minutes before eating for soft texture.
