½ cup cooked shredded chicken
2 tbsp non-fat cream cheese
1–2 tsp diced jalapeño
½ scoop unflavored protein powder
Pinch garlic powder & smoked paprika
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until thick and sticky.
Roll into small bite-sized balls.
Bake 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.
Let cool slightly (they firm up and stay soft inside).
