Jalapeño Chicken Cream Cheese Bites

These savory chicken bites combine cooked shredded chicken with non-fat cream cheese, diced jalapeño, unflavored protein powder, garlic, and smoked paprika. The thick mixture is shaped into small balls and baked until firm while remaining soft inside.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons non-fat cream cheese
  • 1–2 teaspoons diced jalapeño
  • 1/4 scoop unflavored protein powder
  • Pinch of garlic powder and smoked paprika

Shape and Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients until the mixture is thick and sticky.
  3. Roll into small bite-size balls and arrange them on a baking surface.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cooked chicken mixture reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the bites cool slightly so they firm while staying soft inside.

Shaping Notes

Start with 1 teaspoon of jalapeño and use the second only for more heat. Keep the balls similar in size so they bake evenly.

Shape small, bite-size portions and leave room between them on the baking surface. Let them complete the brief cooling step before serving.
