Mix with:

1 egg

2 tbsp shredded mozzarella

Garlic powder + salt

Spread thin into a circle on parchment — tortilla thin.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes until golden and firm.

 It lifts like a wrap.

Fill with:

Turkey + lettuce

Or taco beef + Greek yogurt
