Ingredients:
– Pillsbury Sugar Free Brownie Mix
– 1 Container of Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding
– 1 Egg
– 4 Tbsp water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into regular cupcake tray. After first spoonful drop in 5 Lily’s no sugar added dark chocolate baking chips into each cupcake. Then do so again on the top after the second spoonful. (10 chips = 0 pts)
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Optional: Top with fat free whipped topping if you want a substitute for icing.
