Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• 3 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:
• Mix almond milk, yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and chia seeds in a bowl.
• Stir in blueberries.
• Cover and chill for 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
