Ingredients:

• 1 cup almond flour

• 1 tbsp sugar substitute

• 1 tsp baking powder

• 1 egg

• ¾ cup almond milk

• 1 tbsp oil

• ½ cup blueberries

Instructions:

• Mix all ingredients. Fold in blueberries.

• Pour batter on hot skillet, cook 2–3 min per side.
