Ingredients:
• ½ cup rolled oats
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• 4 oz non-fat cream cheese
• ½ cup fresh blueberries
• 2 tbsp honey
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
• Mix oats and half the yogurt, press into mini molds.
• Blend cream cheese, remaining yogurt, honey, and vanilla.
• Spoon over base, top with blueberries, freeze 2 hrs.
