Cheddar Silk Slice
Blend ½ cup Arla non-fat Cottage Cheese, 1 Eggland’s Best / Burford Brown egg, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp grated mature cheddar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour into a lined mini pan and bake at 175°C / 350°F for 22 minutes until just set. Cool slightly and slice. The texture is silky like custard but savory and filling.
