Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 oz taco seasoning + ½ cup water

– 6 flour tortillas

– 16 oz refried beans

– 10 oz red enchilada sauce

– 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Cook beef with taco seasoning & water; drain.

2. Spread beans on 3 tortillas, top with beef.

3. Place another tortilla on each, cover with enchilada sauce & cheese.

4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 mins until crispy.
