Ingredients:

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (butterflied and pounded thin)

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

4-6 romaine lettuce leaves

1/2 cup croutons (crushed, optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken

Butterfly and pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.

Season with garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and dried oregano.

Marinate

Coat the chicken in Caesar dressing and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Brush with olive oil and grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked with nice grill marks.

Assemble the Roll-Ups

Place a piece of romaine lettuce on top of each grilled chicken breast.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crouton crumbs.

Roll up the chicken tightly and serve warm.
