INGREDIENTS  

  • 1 cup low fat cool whip
  • 1 .30 ounce Package Sugar Free Strawberry Jello
  • 1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Heat water to boiling
  • Add the Sugar Free Strawberry Jello
  • Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add the low fat cool whip and stir until well mixed.
  • Pour mixture into silicone mold.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  • Unmold and serve.
  • Store in air tight container in freezer

NOTES

Yields 12 fat bombs
