Protein Fluff – Giant Frosty 150-Calorie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (about 30g) of your favorite protein powder (vanilla or chocolate work well)
  • 1/2 cup (120g) non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1-2 cups of ice cubes (adjust to desired consistency)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener (such as stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit) to taste
  • Optional flavorings: cocoa powder, vanilla extract, fruit extracts (banana, strawberry, etc.)

Instructions:
