Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 banana, sliced 

A handful of blueberries 

A mix of nuts: almonds, pine nuts, pistachios

Dried berries (like mulberries or cranberries)

1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks 

A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

In a pot, bring almond milk to a boil. Add oats and chia seeds.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thick and creamy.

Stir in honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.

Pour into a bowl and top with banana slices, blueberries, dried berries, and nuts.

Garnish with a few chocolate chunks for extra indulgence.
