Ingredients:

• 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

• 2 tbsp honey

• ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

• Blend all ingredients until smooth.

• Pour into a container and freeze for 3 hours.

• Scoop and serve like soft-serve ice cream.
