Ingredients:

1 package lower sugar oatmeal (any flavor)

1 egg

1 unsweetened applesauce cup

Direction:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into muffin cups.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 4 muffins at 1 pt each.

*For variations you can add chopped apples, Lilly’s choc chips, raisins, stevia brown sugar and/or cinnamon (be creative).  Be sure to count any additional points of added ingredients.
