Three points for one cup of oatmeal, zero points for the half cup of nonfat Greek yogurt, zero points for half a teaspoon Truvia, zero point points for 1/2 banana, one point 1 teaspoon chopped pecans. Cinnamon. Full disclosure, I would next time do a quarter of a cup yogurt and do low fat instead. It would just be richer and tastier and worth the point.
