Ingredients:
Ripe avocado (cubed)
Boiled eggs (quartered)
Chopped red onion
Fresh cilantro (chopped)
Salt & pepper
Paprika (optional)
Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions:
Dice avocado and onion, quarter the eggs.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle paprika for a kick. Gently mix and serve chilled!
