– 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
– 1 ball reduced-fat of burrata cheese
– Fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)
– Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. *Sear chicken:* Cook chicken in olive oil until browned.
2. *Sauté onion and garlic:* Cook until softened.
3. *Braise tomatoes:* Add diced tomatoes and simmer until sauce thickens.
4. *Cook chicken:* Finish cooking chicken in tomato sauce.
