1 cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 celery rib, finely chopped
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
A handful of quartered grapes
2 tbsp-ish nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp light mayo (1 point)
1 tbsp Sir Kensingtons Spicy Brown Mustard
Shake of dill
Shake of pepper
The pictured crisps are 2 points for 14 of them.
(I also make a tuna version, but sub pickles for the grapes).
