Ingredients:
• 1 cup oats
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• ½ cup grated carrots
• ¼ cup almond butter
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Optional: chopped walnuts or raisins
Instructions:
• Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
• Press firmly into lined loaf pan.
• Chill 1 hr, slice into bars.
