½ cup shredded cooked chicken

2 tbsp light Alfredo sauce (low sugar)

¼ cup non-fat shredded mozzarella

Pinch garlic powder

 Instructions

Mix chicken + Alfredo + garlic powder.

Press mozzarella into bottom of muffin tin wells.

Add chicken mixture on top.

Bake 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes.

Let cool before removing (crisps up beautifully).
