Ingredients:

½ cup non-fat cottage cheese (the creamy, protein-packed base)

½ cup shredded chicken or ground turkey

1 tbsp buffalo sauce (sugar-free if possible)

1 tbsp light ranch or Greek yogurt ranch dressing

¼ cup chopped celery or cucumbers (for crunch)

A sprinkle of shredded cheese

Optional: green onions or a few crushed tortilla chips for topping

Mix everything together in a bowl, or layer it for that buffalo chicken dip meets burrito bowl moment.
