Ingredients:
8 eggs
¼ cup skim milk (optional)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Chopped bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
Spinach, red onion, cherry tomatoes
Optional: fat-free feta or nutritional yeast
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray muffin tin.
Whisk eggs, milk, and seasonings.
Add veggies to each cup, pour egg mix on top.
Bake 20–25 mins until set.
