Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, avocado, garlic, and red onion.
  2. Mix well, shape into 4 patties.
  3. Cook on a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
