Strawberry Banana Protein Wraps

Strawberry banana protein wraps combine creamy, nutty, and fresh fruit flavors in a quick handheld meal. Peanut butter forms the first layer, Greek yogurt adds a cool tang, and sliced banana and strawberries fill the center. Chia seeds or ground flaxseed and cinnamon are optional finishes that add texture and aroma.

The wraps are easy to assemble, but keeping the filling in a neat strip makes rolling much simpler. Lay both wraps flat and divide the ingredients evenly so one is not overfilled. Fruit that has been washed should be dried before slicing to prevent excess moisture from making the wraps soggy.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat or protein wraps
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed, optional
  • Dash of cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  1. Lay the 2 wraps flat on a clean work surface.
  2. Spread a layer of peanut butter over each wrap, dividing the 1 tablespoon between them.
  3. Follow with the Greek yogurt, spreading it over the peanut butter while leaving a small border near the edges.
  4. Arrange the banana slices and strawberry slices evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle with chia seeds or ground flaxseed and a dash of cinnamon, if using.
  6. Roll each wrap tightly around the filling. Slice in half and enjoy immediately, or wrap securely for later.

Assembly and Storage Tips

Place the fruit closer to the center than the edge so it stays inside as the wrap is rolled. If the wrap feels stiff, handle it gently to avoid tearing. A tight roll makes cleaner halves and keeps the yogurt from shifting.

These wraps have the best texture soon after assembly. If packing them for later, keep them chilled and use dry fruit. Waiting to slice until serving can also help the filling stay contained.
