Ingredients:

1 cup plus 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, grated
2 to 3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
½ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
¼ cup red onion, chopped
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:
1. Combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and dill in a bowl. Stir until creamy and well blended.
2. In a salad bowl, mix romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, olives, and red onion.
3. Top the salad with cooked, chopped chicken.
4. Spoon the tzatziki dressing evenly over the salad.
5. Finish with crumbled feta cheese for extra flavor.
