Ingredients:
2 whole wheat or protein wraps
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter 1 banana (sliced)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Lay the wraps flat on a clean surface.
Spread a layer of peanut butter over each wrap, followed by Greek yogurt.
Arrange banana and strawberry slices evenly over the yogurt.
Sprinkle with chia seeds or flaxseed and a dash of cinnamon, if using.
Roll each wrap tightly, slice in half, and enjoy immediately or wrap for later.
