Ingredients:

1 tbsp. of all purpose flour

1 Tbsps. unsweetened cocoa powder

1 egg beaten

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp. lite butter spread like Imperial 27% vegetable oil

1 tbsp sweetener I used Lakanto monkfruit

21 sugar-free semi sweet chocolate chips I use Lily’s

Instructions:

A small bowl melt butter with chocolate chips in the microwave for six seconds stir until chips are melted. Mix in baking powder and vanilla add egg. Add flour and cocoa & sweetener stir until completely combined..

Pour into a well greased 8 oz. ramekin..

Air fry 350 10-12 minutes. Let cool a few minutes, turn out onto serving plate.
