Ingredients:

3 tsps of options hot chocolate (or 1 sachet) (2 syns)
1 egg
1 tbsp sweetener
2 tbsp Quark
1/2 tsp of sweetener (can be left out)


Method:

  • Add the options, sweetener and cinnamon to a microwavable mug.
  • Make a small well and add the egg and quark then mix to form a paste.
  • Microwave for 1 minute.. check.. if it seems a little too soggy cook a little longer.
