Three-Ingredient No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

These no-bake bites use powdered peanut butter and Greek yogurt for the centers, with melted chocolate chips as the coating. Two short chilling periods help the centers firm up and then allow the chocolate to set.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Great Value powdered peanut butter
  • 4 oz Great Value plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 80 Lily’s Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips

Shape and coat

  1. Mix the powdered peanut butter and Greek yogurt until they come together in a dough-like consistency. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed so no dry powder remains.
  2. Portion the mixture and roll it into balls. Place the balls in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so they become easier to coat.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate and let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
  5. Return the coated balls to the refrigerator for another 15 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.

Keep the first chilling step in place even if the mixture already looks firm. A cold center is less likely to lose its shape while it is being dipped into the warm melted chocolate.

For evenly sized bites, divide the mixture into similar portions before rolling. Dip one chilled ball at a time and leave the others refrigerated until needed.
