16 oz Brussels Sprouts
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt and black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Preheat the oven to 400.
Trim the bottom off the Brussels Sprouts then slice in half top to bottom and rinse.
Prepare a large baking sheet. Line with parchment paper if you wish.
Pat the Brussels Sprouts dry with a paper towel and place in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic and parmesan. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Place on the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly into one layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
