Ingredients

half a cup fat free cottage cheese
2 tsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese
1/4 cup rotel
18 tostito rounds for 3 weight watchers

Instructions

Blend half a cup fat free cottage cheese and 2 tsp taco seasoning until smooth, add 1/4 cup fat free shredded cheese and a 1/4 cup rotel and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds. 1 weight watchers point for the whole bowl queso and 20 grams of protein
