Ingredients:

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (2% or 5% fat is recommended for creaminess)

1 cup dark chocolate chips (70%+ cocoa is best)

⅓ cup cacao powder (sifted)

Instructions:

Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler. Make sure the melted chocolate is not too hot.

In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, combine the Greek yogurt, melted chocolate, and sifted cacao powder.

Whisk the mixture until it is fully combined and creamy.

Spoon the mousse into individual serving cups or a bowl.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.
