Ingredients:

1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

1 small package (1 oz) sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few berries for garnish

Instructions:

Mix Yogurt and Pudding:

In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and the dry pudding mix. Stir until fully blended.

Add Milk and Vanilla:

Gradually whisk in the almond milk and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Chill:

Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 10–15 minutes to thicken and allow flavors to meld.

Serve:

Spoon into 4 small bowls or ramekins. Top with optional cinnamon or fresh berries if desired.

Optional Toppings (0–1 point depending on portion):

Fresh sliced strawberries or raspberries

A dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder
